We commissioned Solutioneering (UK) Limited to conduct a review of our department’s contract management. The outcomes of this project far exceeded our expectations and as a result of Andy’s presentations and well-structured action plans, we have been able to improve our contract management significantly.
Our staff enjoyed working with Andy very much, due to his collaborative and engaging approach to the project and his superb communication skills with all members of the team. Andy demonstrated a flexible approach, tailored to SEPA’s needs, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. He highlighted areas for improvement with great clarity and developed meaningful action plans to help our team implement improvements.
